This Empowered Iso-8 should be equipped on heroes which take time to unleash their power but when they do, they'll freak out their opponents. It can be even used on protectors and heroes who take two actions each round.

I won't include Scarlet Witch and Valkyrie because they only have one magic attack.

Sheltered Empowered Iso-8

This Empowered Iso-8 is best used on a powerful hero who is protected by another hero or the agent. In case the protector dies, the "powerful hero" can recharge to put a shield on himself/herself.

One would say that "x" hero is powerful while another would say "x" is weak, so I would not recommend on who to put this Empowered Iso-8. It is you who would decide which hero of yours is powerful.

Surprising Empowered Iso-8

This Empowered Iso-8 is best used on a hero counters a lot, but you can still use it on any hero, if you want to. It even finds it uses with a hero which has two or more area attacks. (eg: Domino, Cable)
