With 5 possible classes (unique passive for each), 5 personal E-isos and 13 personal a-isos plus the usual setup, this guy is worthy of an entire section on his own. Using just his personal isos, you could make a ton of builds. I'll start with a run-down of what each class/e-iso and a-iso do, then present possible builds for him. (Note: Hybrid is not currently out so builds may not work as well as I hoped, i'll test them as soon as I can).

Classes Overview

Hybrid Icon 1

Hybrid

Blaster Hybrid is his default, so is the only class with space for two e-isos. His passive gives him a stat boost and health whenever an enemy is defeated. My first thought, it will be great for PVE but i'm not so sure about PVP.

Hybrid Icon 2

Hybrid

Agony Hybrid has the fun ability to dodge 20% of attacks and then counter. A great passive, but Infiltrator class will make it harder to work around since you can't tank, plus so many Scrappers.

Hybrid Icon 3

Hybrid

Lasher Hybrid has a regeneration to 30% of health once killed, and comes a a tactician. Seems like a wise choice for people not interested in complicated builds, because it has room for error if he dies and plays an effective class.

Hybrid Icon 4

Hybrid

Phage Hybrid has a permanent Thorns passive, which can be nice to bleed out enemies easily. Viable for PVP, since Bruisers can be easily Neutralized.

Hybrid Icon 5

Hybrid

Riot Hybrid has the power to make all attacks gain 3 stacks of Bleeding. This turns his L9 into Fandral's L9 plus Anti-Venom's L2, essentially OP. I see nerfs in the future, but until then I'd call this the best.

E-ISO Overview

He's got 5 E-ISOs, plus he'll have all the regular options for E-Iso. That's a lot.

  • Red Knight Empowered Iso-8 - Adds Selective Protector (protect)
  • Seems good for a tank build.
  • Sentient Empowered Iso-8- Adds Symbiote Sense (precounter chance)
  • Pre-counters could work in many situations.
  • Life-Draining Empowered Iso-8 - Adds Leeching Life (heals from Bleeding targets)
  • Heals from Bleeding targets, good for his Bruiser or Scrapper forms.
  • Numb Empowered Iso-8 - Adds Feel No Pain (reduces damage)
  • Reduced damage is nice, but we don't know how much or how effective. I'll leave it as a side option.
  • Genetic Memory Empowered Iso-8 - Adds Symbiotic Synergy (morale boost for symbiotes)
  • Morale Boost is OK, but seems a better match for someone with two slots, like Agent Venom or Anti-Venom. His Blaster class might be OK with it, but the others can do better with their slot.

A-ISO Overview

13 A-ISOs, wow, but some are better than others.

  • Rioting Augmented Iso-8 - Gives his L1 Exploit Bleeds at the cost of 10% damage.
  • Great for his Bruiser class or maybe Scrapper and he'll support himself, but I don't see it on the others (unless you play a Bleed only team(.
  • Impending Riot Augmented Iso-8 - Gives his L1 Guaranteed Hit
  • Probably one of the smartest choices for this move except for the one above.
  • Pinned Down Augmented Iso-8 - Gives his L1 or L2 Pin Cushion
  • Not worth it on his L1, but his L2 might work with it. He doesn't really do follow ups, (without a certian A-ISO) so either Scrapper or support i'd say.
  • Agonizing Augmented Iso-8 -  Gives his L1 or L2 Pain.
  • Not worth the gold. There are many ways to better spread Pain, his L1 and L2 can get way better A-ISOs than this one.
  • Hunger Pangs Augmented Iso-8 - Gives his L2 Consume, healing him.
  • For a quick health boost, not bad. He could have debuffs added, but this is a good choice.
  • Quilled Augmented Iso-8 - Gives his L2 or L9 Hemmorhaging.
  • Again, on a Bleed team this would be amazing. Otherwise, not really needed.
  • Infectious Augmented Iso-8 - Creeping Infestation may spread (on his L6).
  • I don't really know how it works, so it might be really good or might not.
  • Debilitating Augmented Iso-8 - Adds Depower to his L6.
  • Well, Depower is a great effect, so this seems like a good A-ISO.
  • Fatiguing Augmented Iso-8 - Adds Withered to his L6.
  • Withered is like Pain, a waste of time for Hybrid.
  • Infested Augmented Iso-8 - Adds a 60% chance for Creeping Infestation on his L9.
  • Like I said before, I don't get Creeping Infestation. Might be worth it, might not be. I'd personally rank this worst of the several, since his L6 already does it.
  • Shifting Augmented Iso-8 - Adds Flanked to his L9.
  • AOE Flanked? Yes please.
  • Lashing Augmented Iso-8 - Adds Remove Buffs to his L9.
  • Can be effective at times, but the Remove Buff might be good enough.
  • Trashing Augmented Iso-8 - Adds Catastrophinc to his L9.
  • Well, it makes his L9 guaranteed to his and ignore protects. Seems like the best choice in a regular build.

Builds

That was a long list, and plus the usual options of isos, this is difficult to choose. 5 builds per class, each with a different focus. I think that will be enough, right :).

Blaster Build 1 - Accuracy

Everybody loves accuracy right? Hitting enemies is good, and not too hard to attain. Hybrid does some good debuffs already, no real need to expand it. This build will simply make Hybrid a hit/crit monster, nothing special. It also allows you to cut Accuracy from his regular Iso builds,a nd replace with attack or something.

EISO 1: Unavoidable, so his attacks can ignore Phased enemies and have a better chance to hit through annoying dodge passives.

EISO 2: Genetic Memory, for the Stat boost that will increase team accuracy.

His L1 needs his personal Impending Riot, for Guaranteed Hit (obviously, makes his accuracy 100%).

His L2 can have Increased Accuracy, it also boosts crit chance.

His L6 can use Infectious, since it spreads and then will apply Pressure Points, which might give Slowed and lock out actions. Otherwise, Increased Accuracy is great.

His L9 pairs with his Trashing A-ISO, so it becomes Catastrophic and cannot miss.

Blaster Build 2 - Tank

Two E-ISO slots can make him a great tank and healer, although Blaster isn't the best class.

EISO 1: Red Knight, so he protects against all but Tacticians (which you don't want hitting him anyway).

EISO 2: Numb, so the incoming damage is cut by 30%.

His L1 will need to help him heal, so I'd give it Vampiric Strike to remove the enemies Bleeds for some health.

His L2 is good with his personal Hunger Pangs, it will restore 10% of his health.

I would give his L6 Debilitating, since the Depower will stop them debuffing Hybrid or removing their own Bleeds.

His L9 can work with his Lashing for an AOE Remove Buffs, sure to piss off enemy teams.

Blaster Build 3 - Follow Ups

A team that follows up does more damage overall, and Hybrid can easily spread debuffs like a pro. This build will make him do more damage than any one attack, through follow ups, splash and the like.

EISO 1: Explosive, for the Collateral Damage ability on his first 3 moves that might pass around Burning. (While this can be effective for extra damage, the Burning will remove his Creeping Infestation from the enemy. If you'd rather not have that happen, select any of his others.)

EISO 2: Sentient, for the cool precounter he can then do.

His L1 can have Pinned Down, so it gives Pin Cushion and boosts Follow Up damage.

His L2 would be nice with Quilled, for the extra damage from Hemmorhaging.

His L6 and Infectious, so the debuff spreads to the whole enemy team.

Obviously his L9 needs Shfiting for the AOE Flanked, this IS a follow up team.

Blaster Build 4 - Max Stats

This would be the best choice build for PVE or 12.2 farming, since it keeps his stats as high as possible and maximizes his damage on L1.

EISO 1: Numb, for the 30% damage reduction

EISO 2: Genetic Memory, so his stats get a nice boost to begin with.

His L1 can have Rioting, so it won't miss when used.

His L2 can actually have Pulverizing, to setup his L1 damage

His L6 can have Infectious, so he spreads Creeping Infestation which weakens the enemy team with Pressure Points.

His L9 would be good with Lashing so he can strip the enemy team of all buffs before he attacks.

Blaster Build 5 - Crippling

Hybrid has the power to truly cripple enemy stats and powers, making them essentially useless. This build focuses on spamiming his L6 and L9, using L2 or L1 only when needed.

EISO 1: Unavoidable, so his crippling shots don't miss.

EISO 2: Numb, because less damage is great.

His L1 can have Impending, because Accuracy is better than damage in this build.

His L2 can be Knocking, so he stuns as well.

His L6 must have Debilitating, because Depower is the ultimate weakener.

His L9 is good with Infested, because Creeping Infestation locks out moves when it triggers.

Bruiser Build 1 - Hemmorhaging/DOT

Bruiser Hybrid spreads bleeding like a monster, but you have two options as to how to exploit that. This build focuses on making the bleeds trigger repeatedly.

EISO: Life-Draining, he's a Bleed hero.

His L1 gets Rioting obviously, to Exploit the bleeds.

His L2 partners with Quilled to Hemmorhage

His L6 can't work with Bleeding, but it can spread Creeping Infestation quite well with Infectious.

His L9 will also have Quilled for the AOE Hemmorhage

Bruiser Build 2 - Bleed Absorber

Obviously at the speed Hybrid spreads his Bleeding, he can be a great candidate for huge health boosts.

EISO: Life-Draining, because it heals.

His L1 gets Vampiric, every time it is used he heals 3 stacks.

His L2 gets Hunger Pangs, a health boost without consuming bleeds.

His L6 doesn't have any option that he could heal off, so Debilitating is smartest for the Depower.

His L9 can go with Vampiric so it will give him a ton of heals.

Bruiser Build 3 - Tank Bruiser

Bruisers are the traditional tank, and this build just gives him the 'best' iso for each move plus a tank passive.

EISO: Red Knight, for the protect passive.

L1 gets Rioting, so he can exploit his Bleeds.

L2 gets Hunger Pangs for a health boost.

L6 gets Debilitating because Depower is great.

L9 gets Lashing to remove all enemy buffs and stop any setup.

Bruiser Build 4 - Accuracy

Same build as the Blaster one, but without Unavoidable E-ISO. Accuracy can be important for a bruiser, since you want their heavy shots to hit every time.

EISO: Genetic Memory, for the Stat boost that will increase team accuracy.

Bruiser Build 5 - PVP Crippler

Who says Hybrid only needs to play around Bleeding in Bruiser form? This variation completely ignores that fact that he spreads Bleeding, leaving that for an ally to handle, instead making him a PVP force.

EISO: Numb, for the damage reduction.

His L1 needs Vorpal, so you can cut through silly defensive boosting effects.

His L2 can have Knocking so he gets the ability to Stun as well.

His L6 still remains good with Debilitating.

His L9 can have Bursting, to shatter enemy shields.

Tactician Build 1 - Survivability

Tacticain Hybrid's main selling point is a 30% revival after being killed. We want to make sure he doesn't get there if possible, so he only uses it is dire situautions.

EISO: Numb, for a 30% damage reduction, obviously increases his damage tolerance.

His L1 gets Vampiric, every time it is used he heals 3 stacks.

His L2 gets Hunger Pangs, a health boost without consuming bleeds.

His L6 doesn't have any option that he could heal off, but Infectious will spread his Creeping Infestation and cripple the enemy's abilities and stats, thus slowing them down and keeping you alive.

His L9 can go with Vampiric so it will give him a ton of heals.

Scrapper Build 1 - Tank v.1

With a powerful Thorns passive, the Scrapper can make an excellent tank that forces enemies to come in and bleed themselves out, with the abilities to criple the enemy team, deal damage or heal.

EISO: Red Knight, for the protect passive.

L1 gets Rioting, so he can exploit his Bleeds.

L2 gets Hunger Pangs for a health boost.

L6 gets Debilitating because Depower is amazing at slowing down enemy teams.

L9 gets Lashing to remove all enemy buffs and stop any setup.

Scrapper Build 2 - Tank v.2

The Scrapper tank idea can be converted into a tank with a focus on Exploiting Bleeds, but losing the heal aspect.

EISO: Red Knight, for the protect passive.

L1 gets Rioting, so he can exploit his Bleeds.

L2 gets Quilled for the Hemorrhage damge.

L6 gets Debilitating because Depower is great.

L9 gets Quilled for extra Hemorrhage power across the enemy team.

Scrapper Build 3 - Tank v.3

Completely opposite to the second Tank build, this one cuts back on damage and maximizes healing while he tanks and bleeds the enemy team.

EISO: Red Knight, for the protect passive.

His L1 gets Vampiric, every time it is used he heals.

His L2 gets Hunger Pangs, a health boost without consuming bleeds.

His L6 doesn't have any option that he could heal off, so Debilitating is smartest for the Depower.

His L9 can go with Vampiric so it will give him a ton of heals.

Infiltrator Build 1 - Counter Follow-Up

The Infiltrator has a cool dodge-counter passive that is quite great, adding a pre-counter and a way to exploit all the Bleeds flying around will be an excellent build.

EISO: Sentient, for the pre-counter ability.

His L1 needs Rioting to exploit the Bleeds that the counters/follow-ups will do.

His L2 can have Quilled for the Hemorrhage damage.

His L6 helps the build greatly with Debilitating, so you can Depower any enemies likely to remove their debuffs.

His L9 needs his Shifting for the AOE Flanked that will provoke follow-ups.

Infiltrator Build 2- Tank

You don't usually see Infiltrators as tanks, but Hybrid can hold it up with his dodge/counter passive. The builds still plays on Bleeding and such.

EISO: Red Knight, for the protect ability.

His L1 keeps Rioting to exploit the bleeds.

His L2 can have Hunger Pangs, so he can heal a little with all the damage he'll be taking.

His L6 is always good with Debilitating.

His L9 can have Quilled to Hemorrhage the whole enemy team.
