Blaster = essentially unplayable in PvP, at least unless and until they retool the tac bonus, so I can understand why someone wouldn't want one of their favorite characters to be a blaster. I was a big Cable fan back in the day but there's a reason I haven't used him in any battle in months, and never in PvP.
Personally, I would rather see the sprite match the character and the class bonuses tweaked for better balance, but I get where the OP is coming from with this.
Hmmm...good point Xobai, all those Rescues flying around doesn't really help matters much.
Is there any particular reason people started wondering about this today? Some unannounced piece of news?
A lot of speculation concerning the next Spec Op and the fact that Spec Ops typically start on Fridays in the US most likely. With the fact that there is a lot of speculation of Daimon Hellstrom being the next Spec Op hero and Satana being the next lockbox, many are probably speculating that Voodoo will come first or possibly at the same time and be a required deploy.
Ah. Thanks for your response. No Spec Ops dropped today, but a mod did post on the Playdom message board that it would be coming out tomorrow, Saturday, July 13. That would admittedly be weird, but hey, who cares? Hopefully we get to test the Dr. Voodoo theories soon.

No kiddin, any new content dropping over a weekend would be unheard of, especially considering all of the bugs still out in the wild.
Oooo Nice. It will screw with PVP severely if accurate. I'm all for it, been waiting for something new and shiny that lasts more then 10 minutes.
