    Hey there

    I think I found a speed bump in us promoting this wiki in the forum... AngieDawn (one of the SuperMods) has another Wiki:

    I think ours is better though. The black makes hers much too hard to read.

      Look, as far as content goes, her Wiki just doesn't compare. Most of the pages are stubs/shells without any content.

      And did I mention that the colour scheme is painful to read the content?

      I think I need to hurry up and make a Sig Graphic to promote this Wiki in the Forum, but I've been stumped for inspiration graphics wise.

      That was what I discussed long ago with Lycentia. We once planned to merge the two wikis and make the forum admins admins in this place. Nothing has came out of it though, which is a bit sad.

      But then yeah, what we do for now is ignore the other place, and if they agree to our request I'll make them administrators as well.


      Oh and, AngieDawn again? lol In which thread in the forums did you find that?

      Dude! You're back!

      Well, I did make a new Forum Sig (on my profile page) and promptly got banned by AngieDawn. She gave me an infraction, and I PM'ed her that I disputed it and wanted a Mod that wasn't her to mediate since she's got a conflict of interest, but then she banned me.

      I've had Daniel Canfield defending her stating that she was right to ban me because "this Wiki" and/or the Admins use cheats to get content.

      I debated the point with Shiny and told her that you had changed policy to make us play nice with the forum, and she was excited about it and said that she'd champion it to higher ups.

      However, Daniel Canfield is more interested in digging in his heels and defending AngieDawn than trying to help this Wiki. Sad really.

      If they're wlling to support us, then great. But if not, I say screw em, and let's do what we want.

      That is kind of silly because all our data comes from the game itself, I can't see everything inside the group so I'll temporarily join with my dummy fb account.

      I wouldn't call them a rival because a rival implies that there is some equlity to the two Wikis, and there just isn't. Their format is painful to read and their content is non-existant.  ; ) I just responded to your request to join it, so you should be able to see the thread. It should be easy to spot, since it thread's off my post about getting banned.

      Remember that the point of the wikia is to help people, not to show off who has the better domain. If you can't get the information (more important!) out well enough (and, especially, if the actual forum condemns this databank), its existence is as good as null and void.

      Keep trying to compromise, even if PD mods are being hostile. Do not respond with aggression, as it'll only make matters worse. Although you guys put a whole lot of effort into this wiki and turned it into something amazing, it end up being worth a whole lot of nothing if you fail to get it legalized.

      I think this Wiki is great, and I hope to see it be officially endorsed. Good luck, guys and gals. :)

      Bingo. I'm avoiding being hostile because there's no real reason to do so. Both sides are just doing their jobs and that should carry on as if nothing happened.
