- Complete the Rocket Raccoon Challenge Set to unlock the Guardian Rocket Raccoon uniform!

BUG AND BALANCE FIXES:
- Ammo Cells now grant an Extra Turn on actions that require Ammo Cells

Adamantium Reward: Rocket Raccoon (New Hero)[]
- Bio: Rocket Raccoon was genetically engineered by robots to oversee an insane asylum. After fighting an army of robotic clowns lead by a mole and being kidnapped by asparagus people, he signed on to the Guardians of the Galaxy, which is when things started to get weird. But Rocket takes comfort from the friendship of his fellow Guardians, particularly Groot. And from his guns. His many, many guns.
