The Flight Deck occupies the top portion of the S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier, the mobile headquarters of S.H.I.E.L.D..
Players are able to purchase a jet, which they can send heroes on timed missions to earn experience and silver; sometimes items also drop (maybe when you reach higher levels 25+ or your heroes are 6+).
There are varying mission lengths, with longer missions giving greater rewards but shorter missions being more efficient for XP and silver. As the Agent level up, there are options for purchasing additional jets, as well as upgrading those currently owned by paying a fee and staffing them with a crew member. The crew member may be purchased with gold or added from one of the allies that the Agent has added. Heroes at a higher level gain greater bonuses for these missions, and may occasionally earn hidden rewards.
Jet Bays
As players level up, they unlock additional jet bays, which allow them to send out multiple Team members (with the exception of their Agent) on Remote Ops. Every bay can host one mission at a time. Players can select any of their Team members that is not currently busy. They can also pay a fee in gold to unlock jet bays before the appointed level.

Jets
To obtain or upgrade a jet, you must purchase one with silver, and then either recruit a number of friends by sending them a Crew Member request, or pay the same amount in gold. The more advanced the jet, the more crew members are required. At present you can send any number of requests and fulfill any number of demands.

Remote Ops
Remote Operations or Remote Ops gives players the possibility to gain XP for the heroes (NOT the Agent) and Silver by sending their heroes on a mission. During this time the heroes will be unavailable to use, but players can abort the mission at any time. Doing this will free the hero, but players will not gain any XP or silver. It is possible to have a different ops duration for every unlocked bay.
When the mission is ended, a silver coin will appear over the bay with the text "Done". Players can collect XP/silver simply clicking on the bay or the coin and then clicking on the button "Collect". If any other ops sent out are also completed, another button appears which says "Collect All". Clicking on it makes players collect from all the missions. If players click "Collect All" while still having uncompleted remote ops in progress, a warning popup comes out asking for abort the ongoing missions.
There is a X% bonus added to the silver reward depending of the level of the hero sent.
