Storm[]

Storm has received an all-around adjustment to her skills, as well as improvement to her Classic Storm costume.

Storm

  • Passive - Flying
    • Immune to Ground attacks
  • New Passive - Mistress of the Elements
    • Storm takes 50% less damage from Fire, Lightning, Ice, and Water attacks
  • Lightning
    • Static Charge
      • Electricity attacks against nearby targets may cause this target to take additional Electricity damage
    • Arc Lightning
      • If Storm has Elemental Mastery, causes Static Charge on all enemies
    • Electrified
      • Applies Electrified to any allies that have Protective Shroud
      • Deals Electricity damage when attacked
      • This can trigger Static Charge
  • Protective Shroud
    • Grants Protective Shroud to all allies
      • Concealment grants a chance to Avoid single-target attacks
      • Unlocks additional defensive benefits on Storm’s attacks
  • Blizzard
    • All enemies
    • Grants Elemental Mastery to Storm
      • Increases Storm’s elemental damage
      • Unlocks additional offensive benefits on Storm’s attacks
    • Applies Chilled to enemies
      • Reduces Evasion
      • Deals damage every round
  • Tornado
    • High Crits
    • Squall Line
      • If Storm has Elemental Mastery, Tornado exploits Chilled and triggers Static Charge on all enemies
    • Calm Before the Storm
      • Refreshes the duration of Protective Shroud on all allies
    • Wind Wall
      • Grants Wind Wall to allies that have Protective Shroud
      • Absorbs damage on each attack
      • Applies Off-Balance to attackers

Classic Storm Costume

  • Weather Witch
    • Allies with Protective Shroud take 50% less Fire, Ice, Lightning, and Water damage
    • While Storm has Elemental Mastery, has a chance to strike attacking enemies with lightning

Bug Fixes Items[]

  • Girl’s Best Friend will now give Strengthened after every attack
  • Blade of Guardians (LE item)
    • Damage increased
    • Removed High Crits
    • Now grants Blessing of Heroes
      • If the wielder has Strengthened, Fortified, Focused, and Agile, grants Blessing of Heroes
      • Refreshes the duration of Strengthened, Fortified, Focused, and Agile
      • All attacks gain a 100% chance to crit
  • Fury (LE item)
    • Fury will now correctly cause Burning, Dark Void, Deathfrost, and Poison if the Agent has Dark Void and counter-attacks
    • Fury will no longer cause Burning, Dark Void, Deathfrost, and Poison if the attack is dodged
    • Fury will now constantly reapply Deathfrost if it is ever removed
      • Will not be applied if the Agent is somehow immune to Deathfrost
    • Fury will now correctly grant an increase to Evasion as soon as the Agent gains Dark Void, and remove the increase if Dark Void is removed
  • Hotshot (Daily Spin reward)
    • If the Agent has Poison, the chance to cause Stun on enemies is random per enemy (as opposed to all or none)
    • Will not cause Stun on targets that dodge the original attack
    • Hotshot will now constantly reapply Burning if it is ever removed
      • Will not be applied if the Agent is somehow immune to Burning
    • Hotshot will now correctly grant an increase to Defense as soon as the Agent gains Poison, and remove the increase if Poison is removed
  • Grief (Crafting quest reward)
    • Increased damage
    • Grief will now constantly reapply Dark Void if it is ever removed
      • Will not be applied if the Agent is somehow immune to Dark Void
    • Grief will now correctly grant an increase to Attack as soon as the Agent gains Burning, and remove the increase if Burning is removed
  • Signpost (SO4 Quest Reward)
    • Increased chance to hit
    • Does not crit
    • Now a Subtle effect
    • No longer displays 0 damage
    • The Agent will gain health even if the enemy dies from the attack
    • Signpost will now constantly reapply Poison if it is ever removed
      • Will not be applied if the Agent is somehow immune to Poison
    • Signpost will now correctly grant an increase to Accuracy as soon as the Agent gains Deathfrost, and remove the increase if Deathfrost is removed
  • Quantum Jumper
    • Cooldown reduced to 2 rounds
    • The Agent will no longer gain an extra turn after the first time the Quantum Jumper is used

Characters[]

  • Hercules
    • Son of Zeus passive will no longer reduce the effect of healing abilities
  • Deadpool
    • No Holds Barred will now correctly create debuffs when Deadpool has Imba
    • No Holds Barred will now correctly remove debuffs in all cases
  • Beast
    • Oh, my stars and garters! Beast now uses a new animation when Bleak House procs
  • Prisoner (Infiltrator)
    • Drunken Master will no longer avoid attacks with True Strike or similar effects

Misc[]

  • Mental Scarring no longer stacks
  • Phased and Astral Form will no longer be removed from any sort of counter-attack
  • Deathfrost correctly deals more health and stamina damage when afflicted with Bane
  • Deathfrost no longer deals Soulfire damage when afflicted with Bane
  • Characters that have Stun, Off-Balance, or Force Cage will no longer be able to perform Coordinated Attack or Cooperative Defense
  • Static Charge duration reduced to 3 rounds
