Ms. Marvel has the following Team-Up Bonuses:
- Aviary: Any pair of Flying Heroes.
- Distaff Counterpart: Female counterparts of male heroes.
- Fashionistas: Bonus for bringing two heroes that designed their own costumes.
- Identity Theft: Both got powers from another individual, Rogue stole Ms. Marvel's powers and Ms. Marvel got her powers from Mar-Vell.
- Marvelous: Marvel Girl/Ms. Marvel.
