Awards are given to players for achieving different kinds of feats in the game. Some Awards are unlocked by finishing certain missions or finishing a certain amount of missions, other Awards are unlocked by recruiting heroes. These Awards are found in the Marvel XP section of the game. The Awards do not give any item or Gear in exchange for unlocking them. There are 30 different Awards that can be unlocked throughout the game.

| Roster Complete | Recruit 28 Heroes. Recruit all 28 launch heroes. |
| Premium Fighter | Complete a "Premium" mission. Complete any one "Premium" mission in Avengers Alliance. |
| Thorough Investigator | Master a mission. Complete all Masteries of any single mission. |
| Deep Cover | You're everywhere that SHIELD could possibly need you! Complete 100 tasks. |
| Special Ops | You take on anything that comes your way! Complete 20 tasks. |
| Incredible Hero | You've answered the call to adventure! Complete 15 unique missions. |
| Amazing Hero | You're in the front lines of the battle against the chaos! Complete 30 unique missions. |
| Fantastic Hero | You've remained a wall of courage in the face of the Pulse. Complete 45 unique missions. |
| Uncanny Hero | Give no quarter to the forces of evil. Complete 60 unique missions. |
| Mutant Master | Gather the Mutants to you! Recruit all available Mutant Heroes.[1] |
| Mystic Master | Gather all Mystic Heroes. Recruit all available Mystic Heroes.[2] |
| Fantastic Friend | Gather the Fantastic Four. Recruit all members of the Fantastic Four.[3] |
| Super Spy | You are a legend among S.H.I.E.L.D. agents. Attain 20th level as an agent in Avengers Alliance. |
| Special Agent | You get some of the most dangerous missions. Attain 10th level as an agent in Avengers Alliance. |
| Spectacular Agent | You're showing some promise. Attain 5th level as an agent in Avengers Alliance. |
| Roster of 20 | Recruited 20 Heroes in Avengers Alliance You've recruited a veritable army of heroes to fight against the effects of the Pulse. |
| Roster of 10 | Recruited 10 Heroes. You've recruited 10 heroes to fight against the effects of the Pulse. |
| Roster of 5 | Recruited 5 Heroes. Added 5 Heroes to your roster in Avengers Alliance. |
| Field Agent | Complete all of the training missions in Avengers Alliance. Complete all of the training missions in Avengers Alliance. |
| Avengers Assemble | Summon the Avengers. Recruit all Avengers chracters to your side.[4] |
| Chapter 1 Complete | Complete all non-premium missions of chapter 1. You've completed all non-premium missions of chapter 1 of Avengers Alliance. |
| Chapter 2 Complete | Complete all non-premium missions of chapter 2. You've completed all non-premium missions of chapter 2 of Avengers Alliance. |
| Chapter 3 Complete | Complete all non-premium missions of chapter 3. You've completed all non-premium missions of chapter 3 of Avengers Alliance. |
| Chapter 4 Complete | Complete all non-premium missions of chapter 4. You've completed all non-premium missions of chapter 4 of Avengers Alliance. |

- ↑ Dr. Strange, Iron Fist, Thor, Sif
- ↑ Mr. Fantastic, Invisible Woman, Human Torch, Thing
- ↑ Iron Man, Thor, Hulk, Black Widow, Hawkeye, Captain America, She-Hulk, Ms. Marvel
- Currently, Uncanny Hero, Chapter 9 Complete and Chapter 10 Complete, are the only unobtainable Awards in the game.
