S.H.I.E.L.D. finds itself confronted with byzantine machinations and the disappearance of the newest generation of heroes. Led on a wild chase, they must confront the dark question - if S.H.I.E.L.D. can't keep young heroes safe what else may have fallen through the cracks?

Spec Op 33 Reward Hero: Cammi Benally

Bio – Camille "Cammi" Benally was living with her alcoholic mother in Coot's Bluff, Alaska until Drax the Destroyer crash-landed on Earth in a prison ship. Drax protected Cammi from the escaped convicts attacking her town before taking her into space. Cammi stayed with Drax as he joined the Guardians of the Galaxy, but eventually, the two parted ways. Cammi started to fall in with the wrong crowd, committing various crimes across the Galaxy. She was eventually apprehended and exiled to Earth. Ever since her time in space, Cammi has been unable to return to a normal life and is continuously drawn into a life of superheroics.

New Villain: Death Locket

A failed assassination attempt on Rebecca Ryker's father by rebels from the future left Rebecca seriously injured. Using his knowledge of cybernetics, Rebecca's father turned his daughter into a Deathlok in order to save her life.

Updates and Improvements

The following changes have been made to balance immunities and resistances in the game in order to allow a more diverse playing field.

• A Stun Resistant status has been added. This status has a chance to remove a stun effect from a character before their turn begins.
  • Molly Hayes' Determined is now a stun resist rather than stun immunity
  • Relentless Empowered Iso-8 is now a stun resist rather than a stun immunity
  • The following gear pieces have been given stun resist to replace their stun immunity: Pulse Blade, Scythe of Atum, Uterpendragon, Menacing Pulse, and Monstrosity
• Some changes to Magic Warding have been made. Magic Warding and similar passives and effects no longer make characters immune to magic effects. Instead, characters who are receiving the benefits of Magic Warding (and similar statuses) will receive half damage from magic (type) attacks and debuffs, as well as remove one negative magic effect each round.
  • Heroic Age Iron Fist's Pure of Spirit has been changed to a magic reduction passive
  • Black Knight's Pentecostal Oath has been changed to the new version of Magic Warding
  • Doctor Voodoo's Houngan Supreme has been changed to the new version of Magic Warding
  • Elsa Bloodstone's Bloodgem Choker has been changed to the new version of Magic Warding
  • HexenJaeger, Skeptic, and Lantern of Doom now apply the new version of Magic Warding
