Strategy: This mission is relatively straight-forward. The only real twist is that you have Kurse protecting Surtur and Executioner.
This means Kurse gets to die first. If Bill gets to go first you can use his L2 to force Kurse to stop protecting. Otherwise Bill's L1 may be better. After Kurse is down Angela should pound on Surtur while Bill takes care of Executioner. Loki can assist with either. It's best to remember to use Loki's Quick and Free actions first and often to debuff the enemies. Use his throwing dagger only when you have no other options left.
Strategy: It works best to kill the enemies in the order: Tetrabrach, Bellator, Mephisto. You can't kill Mephisto and the game will glitch if you try to take him out first. Sometimes even then the game will glitch out and still give Mephisto infinite turns so the battle is mostly out of you hand but killing the minions first will give the game a chance not to glitch out which is better then nothing. Red Hulk uses Bulwark to protect with Elektra attacking Tact minion to give her the new(and very broken) Combat Reflexes which is vital for her survival as her counters can make this fight easier then it already is. Ghost Rider should focus on the Scrapper and use his lvl 9 on the 2nd or 3rd round to get a lot of stacks of Vengeance then take out Mephisto with Rider.
A nice strategy would be to use the and Quick Empowered Iso-8 on RHulk. He would turn Bulwark into a QA every turn, meaning he would use his L2 on the same turn in order to vent his
Strategy: This battle is medium-difficult or Bonkers if you do not kill Scream first. I ISO'ed Agent Venom and Anti-venom to PKB standards. Equip the Recovering Empowered Iso-8 on both the heroes. If you start with agent venom use his L9 on Scream to get a Splash damage. Your priority must be to defeat Scream as soon as possible. If you start with Anti-Venom use his L1 to deal bleeding damage. After defeating scream focus your attacks on either green goblin or carnage... Green Goblin will not attack as long as any of the symbiotes are present as he gives symbiote serum... Don't bother trying to attack Green Goblin with debuffs since he removes it every turn. The battle is easy as long as you take Scream out fast as she applies mean debuffs like Cover and stuff. Don't hope on Agent Venom surviving the fight... It's all Anti-Venom's show...
Taking out Carnage 1st can be vital for victory, as he can really apply a lot of damage and can rip Agent Venom apart. If you have bad luck then Agent Venom's Symboitc Relationship and Anti-Venom's Darkforce Symbiote will not remove the debuffs very often making this fight a lot harder then it needs to be. Furthermore the AI version seems to work every single time to further compound things. The key to the fight is Anti-Venom, who has to be at lvl 9 to make this fight easy. Use Anti-Venom's lvl 9 to apply purged to Carnage and Scream, neutralizing the numerous extra turns Gobby will give them and on Carnage this will prevent him from gaining his class benefit, thus saving Agent Venom. Anti-Venom alone can take out Carnage after purging Carnage, use his lvl 2 to set up his lvl 6. With a bit(ok lots) of luck the opportunist debuffs will stay on Carnage and allow Anti-Venom to OHKO Carnage. Beyond that Scream damage wise poses no threat and Agent Venom can beat her to death easily while Anti-Venom takes care of Carnage. Wiht the Symbiotes out of the way, Gobby will fall very fast, especially if Agent Venom changes into the real Venom. Agent Venom will only die if you allow Carnage to stay up for long. Regardless a good amount of luck is needed for the proper debuffs to be removed from you and to stay on the enemy. Even then it is all Anti-Venom and Agent Venom is there for the assist and to take out Scream while Anti Venom takes out Carnage.
A third alternate and the most effective strategy requires the Elite Empowered Iso-8 obtainable only as vibranium reward of PVP 23. equiping this to Anti-Venom will make him nearly immortal and removes the need to recharge while stacking several aplications of increased attack and defense thanks to the Escutcheon buff and Enraged courtesy of Carnage's extra turns, to the ponit to being able to take down Scream or Carnage with one hit of his L6 Crusade. Green goblin takes up to 2 hits because he resists crits
Sticks. A character with Carrots will take more damage when attacked and a character with Sticks will take less. Sticks also has a feedback ability similar to Seismic Feedback. This does damage based on the defender's attack stat. If all the enemies have sticks it might be best to simply guard for a round and hope it changes. This fight is mostly about luck and takes little to no skill to win.
Helpful tip: Using Volstagg's L2 when he has Sticks helps greatly in this HB, dealing damage to a Wrecking Crew member when they attack whilst defending your team.
The Sinister Six have very low HP for bosses, which is good because they're hard enough. In round one it's best for Sandman to build up Grit, and for Moon Knight to build up Retribution. Moon Knight can give bleeds while Daredevil can exploit them. It's best to kill enemies in the order Kraven, Mysterio, Octopus, Electro, Lizard, Vulture. Kraven is by far the biggest threat as he can counter bleeding and poisoned targets with a very deadly counter that applies numerous pressure points, opportunists debuffs and applies more bleeding. Use Daredevil to eliminate Kraven which is a simple task for him, although Kravens bear trap will always proc on DD when you use Radar Sense. While this will cause no long term issues as Kraven can't counter stealthy attacks. If Moon Knight decides to go into Spidey mode he will greatly speed up the process of surviving the 1st wave. If Moon Knight is bleeding or poisoned DO NOT ATTACK or you will have Kraven pre counter with above move, basically losing the match as the debuffs you will get are to deadly to come back from easily. Sandman is immune to bleeding so he can safely assist Daredevil in beating down Kraven while building up Grit. The 2nd wave have Moon Knight fire off his lvl 1 and OHKO Elektro. DD and Sandman pound Lizard into paste, Have Sandman use his Grit stacks on his lvl 2 to potentially OHKO Lizard. if Lizard survives DD can mop him up no problem leaving Vulture who will fall fast. Daredevil and Moon Knight have a great synergy with each other, Moon Knight can build up bleeding stacks on the A.I. and DD can wipe them out with his lvl 9(and even faster with the A-Iso.) and there synergy alone can win this match. Even still a degree of luck is needed to get Kraven out of the way with minimal damage.
Strategy: This is a stand-alone battle with Wonder Man against his brother: Grim Reaper. Wonder Man should ISO'ed well for better survival & should be at least lvl 9 & above. Since Grim's melee attacks gains health, I'll recommend to equip Bloody Augmented Iso-8 on his Ionic Punch to apply
Bleeding on Grim Reaper, additionally to reduce Grim's healing. Wonder Man's Wonders Never Cease is a must (
Mangle on Wonder Man, which it locks his lvl 9 ability. (Equipping Recovering Empowered Iso-8 is also recommended.) Regardless not to tough, as if your lvl 9 will not heal, you will gain extra turns from it. Easy fight with no luck involved.
There's an alternate strategy which he can use Elite Empowered Iso-8 to regain Wonder Man's health and stamina, when Grim is using melee attacks.
