Powers: Toomes can drain the life force of others to reverse his own aging process.
Unique Weapons: Toomes’ self-invented flying harness generates a magnetic field that polarizes its wearer against the Earth’s own magnetosphere, keeping him aloft. The magnetic field also increases the wearer’s strength and durability; Toomes also keeps his wings (which are required for maneuverability and forward motion) razor-sharp to be used as offensive weapons.
Known History: Inventor Toomes caught his business partner trying to steal the design for his flying harness. After nearly killing him in a fit of rage, destroying their offices and stealing the working prototype, Toomes became a wanted fugitive and thus changed careers to become the outlaw Vulture.
Observations: “Vulture! There’s a guy with a big bad story of betrayal and heartbreak. Only instead of turning lemons into lemonade, he turned them into a career as a super villain. A long and storied career too. Not bad for a guy who was already older than dirt when yours truly first encountered him.” — Spider-Man
