So after it was brought to my attention about this PVP on the cheap, offensive load out, I decided to try it. I went into this all wide eyed, bushy tailed and cheerful. I watched Kingfisher's video and thought "OOOO. This could be really strong. I want to try!" Sadly, I feel the load out has too many holes and some serious problems with the current meta. It can be highly knocked off its game and become hard to recover. Incidentally, facing an enemy Heimdall "nopeing" your Revolt quick fires leads to hysterical results. You stack the attack optimization WITHOUT actually burning the shot.
Some of the weaknesses I found in this. Rogue black horseing ranged off your agent before firing the Revolt. Doing the same against melee when it's time for your gauntlet attack. Cable getting black horsed out of buffs - this means no turn order screwing and he's stuck in his stance. AOE exhaustion from Havoc-no multi firing of the Revolt. Shortfall from Rogue removing the stacks of attack opti. This one became a HUGE issue as it was my only buff after morale boost was removed. Mystic presents an issue where the spotter won't be able to apply for a round which could be bad with reality hacking. This group also has an issue with counter teams. I wouldn't want to aim at Rogue early on knowing she's going to counter me.
All in all, I think it's a very solid idea and could have worked in a slightly different meta. Kingfisher did a great job of making me WANT to get this to work but I think I'm disappointed in the execution of it. Granted, it'd help if my gauntlet was 40 levels higher but I'm trying to re-farm for it and see how it works out.
