Classification: Freelance Assassin
Nationality: Unknown (probably American)
Criminal Record: Extensive. Wanted in seventeen states and forty-two countries for murder.
Powers: None.
Abilities: Extensive weapons training, hand to hand combat master. His aim is, in a quite literal sense of the word, unerring.
“Unique” Weapons: Bullseye can convert almost anything handheld into a weapon. And we do mean anything. He executed one contract on a high-ranking Triad mobster in Hong Kong with a Q-tip.
Known History: During some of his many incarcerations, the man calling himself Bullseye has given accounts of his origins. He has claimed to be a major league baseball pitcher (thanks to his accuracy), an operative for the United States National Security Agency, and a mercenary in Nicaragua. SHIELD has been unable to verify any of these claims, however.
For all S.H.I.E.L.D. knows, he was simply born to kill.
Observations: “Agents should approach Bullseye with extreme caution at all times. He is never actually ‘unarmed.’ He has killed men with his hands handcuffed behind his back. He has killed men with his hands shackled to his ankles. He has killed men shackled and hooded. He has killed men shackled and hooded and locked inside a maximum-security cell.
“My recommendation would be for agents to not even approach Bullseye. If any of you has a clear shot at him, put him down like a mad dog.
