How They Work
|Combat Analyzer||Does not consume a turn, Targets all enemies, Buffs Agent, Causes every offensive action against target or by target to add Combat Data for two turns||Does no do damage, Cannot be used every turn|
|Reboot||Does not consume a turn, Makes Agent immune to Bleeding, Burning and Chilled, Grants True Strike and Guaranteed Hit to Oracle and Encephalizer, Doubles Combat Data on target.||Low damage, Single target attack, Cannot be used every turn|
Exploits machines (guaranteed crits) Removes all stacks of Combat Data to do extra damage, applies Combat Data to enemies without it, Causes Incapacitation,. Chance to consume combat data to evade enemy attacks.
