This is a weird one, Agent. The Brotherhood of Evil Mutants has planted their Mutant Growth Hormone/Iso-8 serum in pirated knockoff skin products.
People who use them are turning into Test Subjects, and running amok the way Test Subjects do. |

Odds are that Sugar Man is helping Mystique with this. Only he would be twisted enough to put mutagens in beauty products.
So far it's only happening in Lower Manhattan, but if we don't get on top of the problem it's going to spread, and fast. Intel teams are trying to track the supply chain, but first things first. We need you to organize field teams to capture the Test Subjects for treatment. |

That's your next objective, Agent. Capture any Brotherhood members and shut down the lab.
Make sure you recover all the stocks from those street vendors, too. Not all of them care whether pirated skin cream turns their customers into monsters. |

There are still new groups of Test Subjects popping up here and there. Get that problem under control.
Once that's done, we're going to hit the factory. Meanwhile we're also getting the word out about how to recognize the counterfeit products and distinguish them from the real thing. Not many people understand how dangerous this stuff can be. |

All Test Subjects are in custody at S.H.I.E.L.D. medical facilities. With the help of the UL team, we're doing everything we can to return them to their original state. |

Good thing we've had so much experience trying to reverse the effects of this serum. Who would have thought we'd be glad that we've spent the last year reversing involuntary mutations? |

Even so, the Test Subjects did a lot of damage. The Brotherhood exploited people's willingness to use counterfeit products to save a buck.
Maybe now people will know better. If it isn't real, you can't trust it. And it could be very harmful to your health and your community. |
