Resources are produced within Marvel: Avengers Alliance in order to accomplish the goals and objectives of the player.

Silver	Gold	S.H.I.E.L.D. Point	Command Point	Challenge Point	Unstable Iso-8	Lockbox

Silver: The most popular resource in the game. It is used to buy weapons, items, pay training for heroes (together with S.H.I.E.L.D. Points) and researching.

Gold: The rarest item in the game. Gold is used as a premium resource for the reason of letting the player to be able to buy exclusive/useful items, accelerate researching/training time (although if there are 5 minutes or less left, you can finish it for free), skip missions and/or exchange for S.H.I.E.L.D. Points and Command Points. You can buy Gold by clicking on the + mark on the right side of it.

S.H.I.E.L.D. Point: Used for training heroes, researching and buying weapons/items (all alongside Silver). Players can also exchange Gold for this resource or receive gifts of it.

Command Point: Used for buying heroes. Players can acquire this item via daily/PVP/Boss spins. Players can also exchange Gold for this resource.

Challenge Point: Used for playing in PVP (like the PVP energy bar) and it stacks up to 5. Players can buy it with Gold or as a gift from a friend.

Unstable Iso-8: Used for playing in Spec Ops. Players can acquire this resource via roulette spins or Gold purchase. Players can also acquire this via gifts.

Iso-8: Used for boosting heroes and agent uniforms. Iso-8 can boost any stat and can be purchased from the Store via Silver & S.H.I.E.L.D. Points or Gold (for best performance Iso-8s.

PVP Resources: Used for PVP bonus (offensive and defensive). Players can stack them up at their armory, and can acquire them via PVP spin and Gold purchase.

Lockbox: Used to open them in collection that will have a chance to open a comic cover. Collecting 8 Comic Covers in a collection will recruit a lockbox hero for free.
